Simple by design.

Parallel is built around workstation privacy and local file security. We do not collect telemetry from your CNC files.

  1. Waitlist signups

    If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. Buttondown, our email provider, stores it and sends a note when Parallel is available. Your IP address goes to Buttondown with the signup so it can screen out abuse. We do not sell or share the list.

  2. Your choices

    Every message from the waitlist has an unsubscribe link. To have your address deleted entirely, reply to any message and ask.

  3. Website operation

    Cloudflare processes standard request telemetry to host and safeguard this website. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits without cookies, fingerprinting, or stored personal identifiers. Fonts and images are served from this site. No user accounts or personal profiles are stored.

  4. Website data

    This site contains no third-party advertising trackers, cross-site tracking cookies, or payment processing pipelines.

  5. Product privacy & local data

    Parallel works offline on the desktop, iPhone, and iPad. CNC programs, proven-version history, and machine profiles stay on your computer or device. The apps have no account, no analytics, and no cloud service.

  6. Updates

    This policy is informational and subject to formal updates alongside public release channels.
